28 years old father where shot by poilce while driving his car

Today i read about a 28 year old father that where killed while he was driving his car, he got shot three times through his windshield. There was police marksmen that shot him dead after they stopped a convoy of expensive cars in a pre-planned operation.

I think this is terrifying that policemen shot a man, a father with kids. He actually was put on trial in 2010 accused of attempting to murder two people in a drive-by shooting in 2009 but was acquitted when the case collapsed. I still dont think it is fair to shoot him dead in his car.
